Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account details you or an owner add: name, email, role, optional mobile number.
• Household operations data you enter (tasks, approvals, homes, vendors, documents).
• SMS consent records if you opt in: mobile number, opt-in status, verification state, and the consent timestamp. One-time verification codes are stored only as irreversible hashes until they expire.

How we use it

We use this information to run the household workspace, authenticate invited Google accounts, and — only after double opt-in — send assignment alert texts. We do not sell personal information or mobile numbers.

SMS and processors

Outbound texts are sent through Twilio. Twilio receives the destination number and message body in order to deliver the SMS. Inbound STOP / HELP / START replies are processed so we can honor opt-out immediately.

Your choices

Turn SMS alerts off in Settings, or reply STOP to any alert. You can ask an owner to update or remove your account. For privacy questions, email support@347.life.
